Powerful numerical control with touch panel 15” for fast programming directly on board of the machine.
• DCS (Dynamic Control System): innovative tool management system for automatic management of the feed rate in function of the cutting capacity of the tool.
• Parametric programming with a library containing over 1.000 geometries of the main manufacturers, easy to customize.

High precision

High precision thanks to the measuring system of the real position of the glass through magnetic bars, guaranteeing an accuracy of ±0,15 mm over time. The movement of heavy glass is facilitated by the motorized rollers.
In milling / Grinding mode

In milling / grinding mode the glass is rigidly blocked a suction cup while the head is moving on the axes X, Y and Z, ensuring a higher fi nishing quality and speed, compared to other machines which move the glass. The suction cup is positioned automatically as close as possible to the area which has to be grinded, which reduces the vibrations and the noise to a minimum. The risk of breakage of a stationary glass is, in fact, much smaller than the one of a moving glass. By moving only the spindle, the grinding tool repositions itself perfectly in the milling track.
The automatic dressing system

The automatic dressing system allows the restoration of the sharpness of the tools in a short time in a completely automatic way. The automatic measuring system of the tools can be operated manually or automatically after a predetermined number of drilled holes, for automatic compensation of tool wear.
The tool change

The 8 + 8 position rotary tool-holders are mounted directly above the spindles and move with them, ensuring the tool change operation in just 8 seconds. The tool change is simultaneous to the positioning for the next hole, to the point that, depending on the distance between the holes, this time can even be reduced to zero.
Parametric programming system

Equipped with a powerful numerical control with full software capabilities for programming directly on board of the machine. The library contains over 1000 parametric geometries of the main manufacturers, which can easily be customized.
