Hydropneaumatic feed system
Spindle with rotation speed up to 6000 rpm. Working pressure management of the tool that adapts the penetration speed according to the effective cutting edge of the tool. For this purpose, Quickdrill uses a hydropneumatic feed system for the Z-axis, which minimises the risk of glass breakage even when drill loses its cutting edge.

High precision
High precision thanks to the measuring system of the real position of the glass through magnetic bars, guaranteeing an accuracy of ±0,15mm over time.

Fast programming through touch-screen, complete with all functions:
• Management memories and programming working cycles
• Automatic management axes X, Y, Z
• Possibility to work in semi-automatic mode
• Automatic management of all parameters of the tools

Programs
Powerful function of nested programs, allowing their recall and repeat “n” times after defi nition of the parameters.
The values of out-of-square shapes (up to 40°) can be programmed by choosing between two different reference systems using absolute or relative coordinates. -
Perfect protection against water
Perfect protection against water during the processing, avoiding water entrance to the mechanical / electronic components and the surrounding area. All the parts in contact with water are made in anodized aluminum or stainless steel. Optional tank for water recycling.

Automatic management of the countersinking depth
Automatic management of the countersinking depth and ‘shock absorber’ hydropneumatic system to drastically reduce the risk of glass breakage during drilling.
