Technical features

3 working modes

The Quickline has 3 working modes: in line for maximum productivity, in single mode with the processing of two different production batches at the same time for maximum flexibility, or you can work with a single machine when the other has no work or is in maintenance,for maximum return on investment.
Although there is an optimal working direction, glass loading / unloading can take place at any point on the line depending on the operator’s needs of the day.
Combinations

The Quickline can be combined with our wide range of LV or Wave type vertical washing machines and completed with automatic loading and unloading system for an unmanned work island. The investment is also fl exible because the line can be completed in successive stages as production needs grow.
