Neptun’s insulating glass lines are suitable to produce up to 400 panels/day, with dimensions up to 2600x3700mm.
The coupling press AP300 allows to manage structural coupling up to 100mm in X and in Y, which can be set from the touch screen.

1. WASHING MACHINE
Neptun’s insulating glass lines can be combined with the vertical washing machines LV Top, Wave or Superinox, according to the required processing speed and level of automation (low-E detection, quality and temperature of the water, diagnostics, scheduled maintenance and control of the production parameters).
2. PROFILE POSITIONING
The profile positioning allows a precise alignment of the profiles, with automatic adaption to the processed thickness. The double motorization separates the module in two segments, allowing thus the buffering of a second glass, during the positioning of the profi le on the glass at the inlet of the press, in order to speed up the production.
3. PRESS
AP300 is a flat press with numerical control, driven by brushless motors and ball screws. The pressing force is managed automatically, ensuring a constant and precise pressure on the angles of the panel. The press can be opened up to 500mm for easy maintenance.
4. TILTING TABLE
The outlet module can be pneumatic or hydraulic, with retractable rollers conveyor. The line can also be integrated with robotic systems for loading and unloading, automatic sealing and industrial edging.

ST-100 is the revolving table that allows you to manually seal panels with dimensions from 200 × 200 mm to 1200 × 1500 mm. With pedal-controlled start-stop function.

Butyl extruders for the application of the first barrier available in the 1 kg version for small production contexts and 7 kg for standard productions.
